How to use CoffeeCoiner
Can I use the CoffeeCoiner with similar aluminium capsules from different brands?
Yes, the Coffeecoiner is compatible with all similar coffee capsules.
How do I recycle my CoffeeCoins?
We have a whole page dedicated to explain how you can recycle your CoffeeCoins. You can find it in the menu under 'How to Recycle'.
Does the CoffeeCoiner come with a warranty?
Yes, each CoffeeCoiner is built to last. They come with a lifetime warranty. If it breaks during its intended use, you’ll get a new one for free. Send us your old one and we'll recycle it-no waste.
How do I clean the Coffeecoiner?
Rinse with water. Watch out for chemical detergents, as they may cause the rubber protector to come loose over time.
Is the CoffeeCoiner ethically produced?
CoffeeCoiners are manufactured at audited facilities with certifications among others by ISO 9001, ISO14001.

Shipping & Returns
What are your shipping charges?
The Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €40, or €4,95 for smaller orders.
Rest of the EU: Free shipping on orders over €40, or €7,95 for smaller orders.
Outside of the EU: fixed €8,95
What is your return policy?
We always aim for our customers to keep on Coining, but if you do need to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Just email us at thomas@meccano.nl and we’ll take you through the process.
CoffeeCoin is not responsible for any return costs.
Returns will only be accepted unused and in perfect condition, with undamaged original packaging.
A full refund will be provided once the package is received and in perfect condition.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to organize an exchange for a different variant. If you wish to exchange an item, it will be treated as a normal return. You can send us your return, and upon receipt, our team will inspect the condition of the item. If the product is returned in its original condition, we will credit the amount back to you. In the meantime, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary, based on the time you placed your order (week day or weekend). All shipping estimates are calculated in business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to track the order as it makes its way to you. Please note that your tracking information will only be activated once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. If you are concerned that your package is severely delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please reach out to our support team via our Contact Form.
